On a very serious note, you will not even be able to find the stones in the pitch darkness of the forest to ignite the fire. This is the time when you’ll realize the importance of lighters in your survival packs.
These will not only help you to ignite the fire to escape cold but will also prove to be useful when you run out of batteries of your emergency light. Use the lighter to light up fire at the end of firewood and use the light to find food during the night.
It will also act as a weapon if you come across any danger in the form of a wild animal or a zombie (who might just be having a stroll during the night time)
