Cola beverages are consumed regularly by millions of people. The thing to know is that these beverages contain synthetic chemicals, high levels of fructose corn syrup and dye. There is absolutely nothing in a cola beverage that is good for health.
These beverages ruin your teeth, add calories can cause weight gain; when you gain weight you develop heart disease, cancer, arthritis and become depressed. Drink water or unsweetened ice tea instead.
