#9 Farmed Fish
Farmed fish in the USA is best avoided; these fish are bred under unhygienic conditions and fed antibiotics and other junk foods to fatten them. Worse, they do not even contain high levels of the omega 3 fatty acids which are found in the wild salmon. The water is never cleaned and the fish often have growth deformities.
Ask where the fish is from before you buy it- instead avoid eating salmon and go for the other fish like tilapia, cod or halibut.
