#17 Need some intimate space?
Things will never be intimate with neighbors in such close quarters. The balconies are so close people can jump into each other’s apartment.
This must have been a treat for Spiderman. At least he would have been able to save some of his time by directly jumping onto the balconies to reach the top of the building.
Everyone gathers on their balconies to hold one huge party. Obviously, going to each other’s apartment through stairs or the lift seems much more difficult.
