This ATM is set up to test the desperation of each and every person who wishes to get some cash. Maybe the machine was installed when the average heights of human beings were much taller than they are today.
If such is the case, then this has to be the oldest ATM machine currently operated in the world. It holds immense value as a historical and cultural heritage!!
I wonder why the man did not think of bringing a stool or a ladder before reaching the machine? Maybe he overestimates his height.
