Just Imagine ... a child roaming around you in WalMart with a plastic bag over her head. Kids .. don't try this at home.

To be really honest, this is quite scary actually. It seems like a scene from a thriller where the criminal is torturing a child by covering her face in a bag. 

I hope someone told the mother that her child might be facing some breathing problems while her face is covered in that plastic ... or is she too busy in looking for something for herself from the discounted items? Whatever might be the case, she definitely needs some training on how to bring up a child.
