With the weird drawings on her skirt, it looks that she is definitely a member of the Illuminati club and is here to serve one of their purposes in Walmart. Now, what that purpose is ... that may only be known by her or the people whom she serves.

And as she is standing on the exchange and returns counter, she might be want to return something that might not fit the policy of the store otherwise. That is called taking advantage of strong connections.
