The epitome of idiot parking.   I wonder if he got a ticket.

This guy definitely does not care where parking is allowed ... but had to make sure that his car is parked at a place of his desire.  Sorry, find some other space for the carts because this spot is booked for my car. 

 Well, just wait for a while you smart guy because a cop will be here anytime soon presenting you with the fine gift of a parking ticket in the most absurd place.
